SHIFTING FRAME
ShiftING 2

Automated row guidance also with conventional hoeing machines

TECHNICAL DATA

Our shifting frame with AI-based camera system can be upgraded to any conventional hoeing machine to automate row guidance. The shifting frame is driven by two electric linear actuators.

The field of application is very diverse and specially designed for the automated row guidance of a conventional hoe in a wide variety of crops in the rear.

When manual steering becomes a challenge, enjoy weed removal again with the support of our ShiftING.

Functionality

The shifting frame is mounted on the 3-point between the tractor and the attachment, the short design keeps the combination very compact.
The AI-based camera system detects crops at the smallest stages of growth and reliably distinguishes them from weeds. The trailing hoeing machine is aligned with the detected plant rows in fractions of a second using two electric linear actuators to give you maximum working speed. Due to the exact row detection and the backlash-free linear guidance of the shifting frame, the chipper belt can be kept narrow.
The lateral stability of the ShiftING is guaranteed by the two track guide wheels, which run in the tractor track.

Camera system design

Select the appropriate version of the camera system for your operation.

Basic
1 Camera
detects the plant rows
Works very well in visible stocks

Premium
2
cameras, tilt sensor, AI detection
Plant detection based on single plant detection
Also suitable for cornering, heavily weeded fields and on slopes

We will be happy to advise you on the selection of the appropriate camera system.

It’s not the size that matters, but what crops and what operations you can do with Robotti would like to make. The longer it takes to cultivate each field, the more productive it becomes Robotti compared to the tractor. I.e. very slow work on small fields or faster tillage on large areas – on both can be Robotti bring significant advantages. Write to us, we will be happy to discuss your application.

Yes he can. There are various headland modes. Depending on the culture and wishes, he drives them independently.

Yes this really works. We will be happy to organize a demo with you and you can Robotti see live in action, program it yourself and drive it.

There is currently no harmonized EU directive that clearly regulates the use of autonomous field robots. Legislators are working on this.

One thing is for sure, you are allowed to operate field robots in the current „supervised“ mode. The triple protection by means of geofencing, lidar sensor system and bumper ensures that the robot is sufficiently protected and protects others. Nevertheless, in Europe, you have to „monitor“ every field robot. Whether this is done directly at the field or via cameras is not specified and is up to the user.
