VIDAR
AUTONOMOUS RIDE-ON MOWER

The next level of lawn mowing

THESE ARE THE ADVANTAGES

Vidar is a breakthrough autonomous electric lawn mower with 3 different operating modes to give you maximum flexibility. Based on the RTK positioning system, it can achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy during path planning to increase your cutting efficiency. This saves costs while delivering superior mowing performance and versatility.

Perfect for public lawns, sports field turf, golf courses, gardens, green areas of non-profit or commercial buildings.

Comparing Vidar to a commercial electric mower, you save 50% on labor costs with a 100% increase in efficiency.

Flexible operating modes

Autonomous mode

Do you have something else to do? Leave the mowing to the autonomous mode, which can be activated with one click.

Remote control mode

Monitor the mowing status on the tablet.

Manual mode

With the advanced touch screen, Vidar makes it easy to adjust travel speed, cutting height and blade speed.

Autonomous mowing experience

Thanks to the FJD RTK positioning system, Vidar sets up a virtual boundary (geofence) and creates a map with centimeter-level accuracy. Intelligent path planning avoids overlaps and minimizes empty runs, further increasing efficiency.

RTK path detection

Creates a zigzag or spiral path with centimeter-level precision.

Vidar Pfadplanung
Real-time obstacle detection

The camera-based sensor detects obstacles (>1 m) within 3.5 m.

Yes, he can. There are various headland modes. Depending on the culture and wishes, he drives them independently.

Yes, this really works. We will be happy to organize a demo with you and you can Robotti see live in action, program it yourself and drive it.

There is currently no harmonized EU directive that clearly regulates the use of autonomous field robots. Legislators are working on this.

One thing is for sure, you are allowed to operate field robots in the current “supervised” mode. The triple protection by means of geofencing, lidar sensor system and bumper ensures that the robot is sufficiently protected and protects others. Nevertheless, in Europe, you have to “monitor” every field robot. Whether this is done directly at the field or via cameras is not specified and is up to the user.  The necessary cameras for this are already integrated in the Robotti.
